Cancellation Policy
- Service Provision: The client will have access to the service in person. - Exchange Policy: Tours may be exchanged subject to availability in the agency's schedule, for a tour of the same price and duration. Requests must be made 48 hours in advance. - Cancellation Policy: Services with confirmed reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours before the tour, with a 50% charge for operating costs. - No-Show Policy: If the client fails to show up on the booked date without prior notice, the agency is not responsible for refunding or rescheduling the service purchased, as this will incur logistical and operating costs. - Payment methods available on the website: Card, Boleto, and/or Pix.
